And every thought in the mind is a cause. Every cause has an effect. The thoughts rule over our emotions, actions, relationships and work. So training our brain with the right kind of tools helps us to resolve issues pertaining to every aspect of life-health, career & relationships.
Our mind has layers-the conscious part (around 12%) and the subconscious/unconscious part which is almost 88%. Hence, our unconscious mind is the main ruler of decisions and the conscious mind is just the doer/motivator. So if our unconscious mind is healed, we can create wonders for ourself and the world.
The unconscious mind can be accessed only in a deep and relaxed state. That is why the right meditation technique which helps one go to the deepest state is highly important. One needs to train the brain to achieve the delta state (0.5 to 3.9 cycles per second) and eventually to samadhi or transcendence state (literally zero cycles).
Samadhi is a state beyond the brain frequency of zero, when you see your body separate from you and you embark on the journey to ﬁnd who you are. Once you ﬁnd who you are, all your karmas will resolve automatically.
Samadhi state can only be achieved by people who follow 11 steps of Karma Yoga and develop minimum 12 virtues, together with practice of samadhi meditation.
