Yoga is union of mind-body-spirit through a practice of asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (yoga breathing), mudra (body gestures) and shatkarma (internal cleansing). These body-centred practices are used to purify the body and cultivate prana and activate kundalini, the subtle energies of the body. Daily practice of Yoga, has the power to synergize the conscious intellect with the subconscious intuition for synchronicity and harmony in ever day life.
Our Yoga Classes goes just beyond the regular classes. Since we are a premiere healing center all our yoga services focus on providing you with the most optimum healing results for those undergoing mental, physical and emotional stress.
1) Hatha Yoga (Asana, Pranayama, Meditation) 90 minute class format. General hatha yoga class to balance the sun and moon/ male and female/ yin and yang aspects of the students that participate. No standardized sequence. The class will depend on the energy dynamic of those that come and participate; this class is intuitively guided.
